Our funding programs are available for aquisitions or existing owners, for land development or construction projects anywhere in Canada. Our minimum loan amount is $500,000.

Qualifying projects include but are not limited to:  Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality & Tourism, Health & Recreational facilities, Golf Courses & Marinas, and any other form of specialty income property.

Private Funds Available on 1st & 2nd Mortgages from $500,000+

For projects in excess of $25,000,000 our firm does consider project financing in the USA, or for international projects above $50,000,000. Funding available for residential, commercial, energy, infrastructure, and government construction projects.

For projects in excess of $50,000,000 our firm does consider private equity financing. Project partners must be well qualified, and have substantial assets and resources in order to qualify.
